Situated on top of the legendary Capitol Theatre in Toronto, Ontario, this midtown high-rise property brings theatrics to our day-to-day living. Bold materials, social orientated amenity offerings, and playful residences, this building is unlike any other in the city.

Greeting patrons with a custom oxblood red metal door framed by rosso levanto marble, the residential entrance sets stage for the whimsical building experience. Each area tells a story with dynamic marbles, tactile textiles, colorful lacquered millwork, walnut accents and burnished metals.
